I can take a minute and play a round for a quick break. It requires enough brain power to keep you focused on the moment but not so much you feel taxed after. I play knucklebones at home with dice but it’s nice to have a mobile way to take it with me. I wish there was a little more to the shop and achievements but that’s small potatoes. If you are looking for an easy to use app and an easy to play game on your break, this is for you. **Developer response:** This means a lot! I’ll keep improving the shop and achievements. In the current update 26.2.2, I added some avatars that you can unlock. Problem is that this app is unplayable and extremely buggy, to the point that it shouldnt have been released in the state its in. Anyone that gets this game is just keeping in hope it becomes better. However on some levels instead of the cpu rolling randomly, they can only roll certain numbers, like rolling only 3’s or 4’s for the entire level. And since they go first each time, the odds are not favorable for the player. I know the game is chance, but its a poor game when the cpus have a set thing they can roll. Takes the chance out if the chance. ### 3/5 — Kinda in detail? *2024-03-26* So, first, I had to turn the music off because while its nice its eerie and repetitive. The computer doesn’t scale much in difficulty and the AI seems entirely random. I dont have much incentive to continue playing because there’s nothing to do but win over and over with no difficulty increase. Protection being the default setting is kind of annoying, because the game ends too fast and it lowers the stakes. Maybe try adding some characters to interact with for the tutorial? There is a bug ( I played vs AI) the removal of opponent dice only happens for the topmost dice. I.e. say opponent has 4 at the bottom and 5 on top of it, if I put 5 in my column it removes opponents 5. But if I put 4 it doesn’t remove opponents 4 from the bottom (but should) thanks! ### 3/5 — I cannot play anymore *2024-03-01, version 1.1.7* I was using the online feature to connect with another player but something happened and all it shows is what appears to be code. It kicks me out and takes points for being non responsive. ### 1/5 — Ad interruptions forfeiting games *2025-05-07* The ad interruptions are long enough that they force you to forfeit ranked matches. This is also a pretty ugly low effort implementation of the game. This was one of my fastest uninstalls unfortunately. **Developer response:** Hello, I'm sorry you had a problem with the game. I will check that advertising is not a problem in ranked mode. In the meantime, you can turn off ads for free in the main menu at the top (“ADS” button). My opponent will get like five 6s in a row and I’ll be getting 3s or lower the whole game. I mean I just rolled 5 1s in a row. The odds of that is 1 in 7,776. It makes no sense. Sometimes it seems fine but I swear most of the games my opponent will get the same roll back to back to back. The RNG is just RNGarbage. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. Found out about knucklebones after playing ‘cult of the lamb’ but just wanted to play this as a standalone. Very straightforward explanation on rules and well designed interface. Only thing I would suggest is adding new colours for the dice. But that’s just my inner dice goblin and I have no idea how to make games so no idea how feasible it would be.
