Dieser Chat ist ziemlich pervers und hier wird Pedophilia befördert. Was krass ist wenn ich jemanden melde wird mein Profil permanent gesperrt und mir werden Lügen vorgeworfenen die andere Person die pervers geschrieben hat wird beschützt weil sie für Knuddels arbeitet. Mittlerweile sind 60 % der Profile im Chat angestellte von Knuddels

Update: It’s been several years now that the app has been on the market and it gets worse with every update. The Developers are the most incompetent beings I’ve ever encountered. The app crashes daily. With every maintenance it gets worse. Messages won’t go through.
Profiles don’t open. You get kicked out for no reason and have to log in continuously. The worst App period.

Ich bin seit 20 Jahren gerne in der Community aktiv – auch wenn es fast unmöglich ist, wirklich ins Gespräch zu kommen. Leider wurde mir vor kurzem ohne jede Möglichkeit, mich zu rechtfertigen, eine Verwarnung ausgesprochen – wegen einer humorvoll gemeinten Nachricht („Willst du mit mir shoppen gehen?“), die offensichtlich falsch verstanden wurde.
Statt den Dialog zu suchen, wurde direkt sanktioniert. Das wirkt unfair und wenig nachvollziehbar.

Ich wünsche mir deutlich mehr Dialogbereitschaft und Fingerspitzengefühl seitens der Moderation. Solch starre Entscheidungen ohne Kontext schwächen das Vertrauen in die Plattform und entmutigen Nutzer, sich aktiv zu beteiligen.

Trotzdem man als Mann etwas benachteiligt wird bzgl. der Entscheidungen … Ansonsten mag ich die App, weil sie vom layout toll gestaltet ist, einfach sympathisch im allgemeinen ist, sich sehr für den Schutz von Frauen sowie Minderjährigen einsetzt und vollumfänglich noch kostenlos ist. Ich werde sie weiterhin noch nutzen, aber mit Vorsicht. Bei Rückfragen stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung.

Tja, null Sterne gehen ja nicht. Aber nach dem meine Tochter von merkwürdiges berichtet hat, dachte ich, ich melde mich mal an. Der Prozess ist gut gelöst und in Ordnung. Allerdings habe ich mich bei der Jahreszahl vertippt und hab dies sofort dem Support gemeldet und in die Readme dort geschrieben. Mehrfach. Nach mehreren Wochen bekamen sie es aber nicht hin, es zu korrigieren. Dafür bin ich nun gesperrt, weil ich ja in total boshafter Weise mein Alter „gefaked“ habe. Der Mitdenker, der mich deswegen permanent sperrte, nenn sich dort Kingchiller. Wenn man sein Profilbild sieht, weiß man, dass er mit Allem mental herausgefordert zu sein scheint. Unfähiger Support + unfähige Mods. Die einzige Konstante in dem Laden. Kann nur jeden warnen, sich dort anzumelden oder im Extremfall dafür Geld zu bezahlen. Das ist durch rein gar nix gerechtfertigt. Übrigens, es verschwinden weiterhin Nachrichten, wie viele User hier seit Ewigkeiten berichten. Wenn er nicht wollt - oder einfach nix könnt, dann lasst es doch. Ist schade, so oder so.
