### 2/5 — Interessante Produkte, teuer, Pfandbetrug

Eigentlich finde ich Knuspr gut. Es gibt viele tolle Produkte, die man sonst nicht findet. Allerdings ist es auf Dauer wirklich viel teurer als im Supermarkt einkaufen zu gehen. Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass man einen Liefertermin auswählen kann und später noch die Bestellung ergänzen. Nicht so gut ist mittlerweile die Produktübersicht. Es ist kein klassischer Shop mehr, sondern eher Werbebanner und dazwischen ein paar Produkte. 
Was mich wirklich sehr nervt, ist, dass immer zu wenig Pfand erstattet wird. Ich muss bei jeder einzelnen Bestellung bei der ich Pfand abgegeben habe eine Korrektur E-Mail senden. Eigentlich hatte ich mir vorgenommen, kein Pfand mehr über Knuspr zurückzugeben, aber jetzt haben sie ein neues System eingeführt, bei dem man vorher alles eintragen kann. Also habe ich es noch mal probiert und das Resultat war, dass wieder die Hälfte des Pfands nicht erstattet wurde. Die Diskrepanzen sind immer so hoch, dass ich gar nicht glauben kann, dass das jedes Mal ein Versehen sein soll. Teilweise fehlen ganze Kisten. Wenn es nicht menschlich so funktioniert, sollte man vielleicht darüber nachdenken, dass die Pfandflaschen fotografiert werden und eine KI dann ausliest, was wirklich abgegeben wurde.
Warum bekomme ich eigentlich 10 € Pfand berechnet für die Taschen, aber keinen zurück, wenn ich welche abgebe?

Ich bestelle nun seit fast einem Jahr bei Knuspr und bin Mega zufrieden! Es wurde bisher fast immer auf die Minute genau geliefert. Egal, ob Milch und Milchprodukte, Brot und Backwaren, frisches Obst und Gemüse, Fleisch und  Aufschnitt, ich wurde noch nie enttäuscht!
Alles kommt, wenn nötig gut gekühlt,  in wieder verwendbaren Taschen, die ich bei der nächsten Lieferung wieder zurückgeben kann. 
Ich hatte noch nie etwas zu beanstanden und sollte doch mal etwas nicht stimmen, wird bei der nächsten Lieferung nachgeliefert, bzw. für die nächste Lieferung gutgeschrieben.
Ich hoffe so sehr, dass Knuspr auch weiterhin bis etwas außerhalb Berlins,  nach Mittenwalde liefert. Ich jedenfalls, freu mich total darüber und kaufe sehr sehr gern bei Knuspr ein!!!

Knuspr ist für mich die sinnvollste von allen einkaufs apps: übersichtlich organisiert, regional & qualitativ alles spitze!Ich kann die ganze Woche Items meiner liste hinzufügen und auch wieder löschen … dadurch spare ich mir viel geld denn in den stores bin ich immer so überfordert dass ich entweder zuviel kaufe (und es schlecht wird) oder trotz liste dinge kaufe die ich nicht brauche 😂🫣Der Service ist freundlich professionell und zuvorkommend 🤍
