This update adds the TikTok Events SDK for ad campaign attribution. The app uses the AppTrackingTransparency (ATT) framework - users are prompted for tracking permission
before any data is shared with TikTok. If the user declines, no tracking occurs. The TikTok SDK only sends conversion events (e.g. app install, subscription purchase) for ad campaign optimization.
