I have access to this as part of the Employee Assistance Program at my work.  I worked there a year and was just recently made aware of this a month ago when I was experiencing stress from my spouse not having a job and me adjusting to an anxiety medication.  I was skeptical at first, but over time the meditations, simple yoga stretches, breathing exercises, sleep techniques, and reframing thoughts ideas really have made a difference in my everyday quality of life.  Go into it with an open mind and the attitude that it is important to take time for yourself.  It really does help, and I wish I’d found it sooner.

I love the practical tools that I’ve learnt from this app. I have things now  that I can do to help me sleep or unwind. I’ve also found the journal type activities helpful to offload some of my worries. I’ve even done some of the activities with my daughter.
