Leider muss man kaufen für 6€ pro Woche oder 30€ pro Monat. Eine 30tägige kostenlose Testphase geht Vorraus. Mal wieder nur ein kostenloses anlocken um dann abzukassieren. Zu teuer….

不同 App 统计鼾声时长的方式可能不一样，比如是否会把鼾声前后的一段时间也算进去。不过我们希望根据你的具体数据进一步确认。

I “allegedly” score. After doing a sleep study, I leaned that I don’t have sleep apnea. They had me use a CPAP machine, which I absolutely hated. To be honest, the sitting is likely due to the weight I’ve put on. 
Since then, I’ve tried all kinds of different things, to no avail. I got this app and a REMplenish water bottle about the same time. I’ve noticed I don’t get elbowed at night as often (I’m frankly too embarrassed to actually ask). The water bottle thing says it takes about a month to be effective, so I’m assuming the app is making the difference. 
I’m still not feeling as rested as I would hope, but that might be something else. Who knows. 
Bottom line, I seem to be upsetting my wife less, so that’s with the price of admission.

Koala Nap is the only app I've found which uses the Apple Watch to alert me that I'm snoring, instead of a sound which might wake my partner. The latest updates (March 26) make the UI easier to follow. I think it does help, but unfortunately I seem to be almost immune to the buzzing on my wrist so it buzzes hundreds of times during the night, running down my watch battery and I'm still snoring!

For one I don’t really notice if it’s alerting me while snoring, will continue to adjust settings so I’ll go with user error for that part. But my biggest complaint is not being able to start the process from the watch. There’s no way to make the app on the watch more effective and allow us to start the session from the watch while iPhone is charging?

I used to love this app until last week. The software updated and now my watch isn’t being notified when I snore. I have the sensitivity set at 12 and I used to get 30-40 notifications every night. Now I get 1-2 and my snoring wakes my partner.
