On a eu un problème technique sur l’application nous empêchant de valider le retour du vélo une fois la balade terminée et un prélèvement de presque 200€ a été fait (caution des vélos)
J’ai simplement eu à appeler pour qu’on règle le problème rapidement et procède au remboursement.
Équipe a l’écoute et efficace.
Sinon l’application est intuitive et facile à prendre en main. Les vélos sont très correct et le prix aussi.
Nous avons fait une belle balade. Je recommande.

De passage à Royan ce week-end j'ai pu découvrir les stations Koboo... j'ai loué un vélo grâce à cette application, que j'ai trouvé particulièrement bien faite, simple et très conviviale ... elle vous permet même de vous guider dans la ville ! Les vélos sont agréable et très beau ...je conseil vivement
