My parents got me the corresponding frame for Christmas. The frame looks great, but this app would not work for anyone. It won’t allow us to register despite using various emails. It gives a “sending failed” error every single time. Returning the frame to get another brand that doesn’t use this app. I reached out to their customer support to troubleshoot the app. You can’t even reach anyone. Don’t waste your time, money, or energy.
