The Kodak Digital Frame software was also a great tool to accompany the frame. Highly intuitive and full featured product without the 3rd party cloud requirements with in app purchases. You can't go wrong with this app. ### 1/5 — Unable to delete account *2026-06-28, version 2.4.0* I can’t delete my account through this app. I get an error in Chinese (my selected language is ENGLISH) advising me there is some type of network error. I shouldn’t have to use a translation app to see the issues I am having. No issue on my part. My network works great until I click to delete my account. Do yourself a favor and don’t download this. ### 2/5 — Would not purchase again *2026-01-06, version 2.3.2* Functionality is very poor. After you upload pictures you can’t change them unless you delete the whole batch. Very clunky. This has been the case for 2 different iPhones I have tried on. I have tried force closing the app, deleting and re-downloading, same problem. The good- was easy to connect to Internet , and image quality is good. The bad- the app is not good. For a brand like Kodak- a lot is riding on The name. The app fails after about 10 pictures. Can not transfer photos from a MacBook as doesn’t recognize it as an external device via usb. Having to bind the frame to an app , but looks like can add a second frame in app but can not actually rename it other than a number .
