### 2/5 — Clumsy app, Severely over saturated and brightened prints

The app (or printer) causes prints to be very over saturated and over brightened. I have found that adjusting brightness down 5% and saturation down 15% produces an ok print, though it still has some minor issues.

The editing features on the app are clumsy at best. The most egregious issue is that when you make an edit, it is permanent, so if you want to adjust an edit after the fact you have to go back to the original image and start your edits again from scratch, otherwise you edit actually stacks on top of the previous. It also appears that editing an image causes a loss in print quality, particularly if you make multiple edits to the same image before printing.

Whenever I try to print something from my camera roll it takes forever to load my pictures I’ve refreshed the app and everything but nothing is working. Can you help.

This app has no phone sizes past an iPhone 12 Pro Max. What happens if you have an iPhone 13 or higher?

I loved this product until the cartridge that came with it ran out. I spent $80 on a replacement cartridge. From Kodak not second hand. I installed it and it keeps saying replace cartridge. I tried a second one and got the same message. I called three numbers each of which said I was in the wrong department. And then got a number that was disconnected.  
My dock photo printer is now useless and I am out $80.

Repeatably crashes essentially making the printer useless!!! Overdue for a software/firmware update! Come on Kodak, I expect better from you.

The app crashes a lot, it will show recent pictures in the album thumbnail but not actually show as an option to print until you force close the app many times and it “refreshes”. Please fix the app as it has great features and is has a user friendly design but desperately needs updating.

프리뷰에서 간격 다 맞춰서 인화했는데 공백이 생겨요. 위로 살짝, 오른쪽으로 살짝 밀리네요. 
앨범에 있는 사진이 누락되는 경우가 있는데.. 날짜도 오늘 날짜고, 복제해서 수정해서 다시 저장했는데도 안 나오는 사진이 있어요. 불편합니다.

This app constantly tells me that my “printer cannot be found”. It takes me 20 mins to print out a picture that will take me 3 seconds. Someone needs to fix this as I love the printer itself.

The app is very user friendly. The app allows you to adjust the print colors and even has filters and you can add text, which is pretty cool. I don’t see a way to change a photo from portrait to landscape, which would be a great feature. There are just so many creative options available in this.

It works great the app is easy to use I got it for christmas and was cleaning and decided to use it I just printed my second picture it is a old picture when I was a baby with my dead grandfather and I saw the finished product and I just started crying out of happiness it felt like I could touch him again be there with him it came out beautifully I will definitely print more!

This app is very easy to use and I can easily design and print all the cases that I want. It supports my phone model and I was able to create my own case design in a few minutes!

I was planning on printing a nice picture for my phone case, but the app does not have my phone model. It only has up to the 12 Pro Max.

Der Drucker an sich ist super und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gerechtfertigt, jedoch habe ich nun ein IPhone 13 und kann es nicht mehr mit meinem Drucker verbinden. Auch finde ich nirgends einen „Updatebutton“ in der App. Hier sollte man schnellstmöglich handeln.
