Authorized access to all network devices - trying to delete and reinstall app.  In addition to the OEM password “12345678” also tried the internet router passwords.  Will not work - very frustrating.

Every time I click a picture that I want to print it freezes and then I have to completely exit and re-open. It’s super annoying and does it to almost every picture.

It has great quality, but it only printed in yellow.  Then when I checked in the help area of the directions it had the same signal for 4 different problems.  So I checked everything and printed it again. It again printed in yellow.  When I checked everything a second time and tried to print it wouldn’t let me.  Worst one yet.

If this app works, it’s great.  The problem I am having is I have to repeatedly uninstall and reinstall the app until it decides to work which could take doing this several times which is a huge waste of time.  The picture quality is great, but it’s very aggravating when the app is not working.  It says no printer found so I have to uninstall the app then reinstall the app until it recognizes the printer the phone is attached to just to print my photos.  Frustrating as can be and I would not recommend this printer.

This thing is JUNK !!  Keeps saying No Printer Found when I have our phones hooked up to it and it won’t give you the option to Bluetooth to it.  Back in the box and back to Amazon.

Chose one photo and can’t access any others from IPhone. This is junk. My wife got it for me for Christmas and now she is going to be mad because I have to ask her to return it. A kit of trouble.  Sell their stock.

This is literally the worst piece of equipment I’ve ever owned. Period.
So sad for my husband who thought he got me this great gift but it has been nothing but unreliable. It’s so easy to get it off track. 
The ink runs out before you can finish your sheets. You have to buy more ink. BUT YOU have to buy both ink and paper at the same time. It takes special paper so it’s not an easy fix. You’re left with a ton of paper and no ink. It’s like a scandal. 
The quality is so poor, lines throughout picture . It over heats often. 
Just a headache 

You buy it for convenience but you’ll get better quality from Walmart and spend less.

Literally a terrible purchase and I’m so sad because I like to slowly print pictures of my kids to have but at this point not worth it at all. I was using this tonight I print my sons first birthday “timeline” and after the sixth picture it asked for a new cartridge. I only printed 6 of the forty it said it could handle and then told me to get a new cartridge. 

I want this returned. I’m angry.  

I never care if I buy a bad product normally. I usually brush it off, but this is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Zero stars from me.

It’s freezing constantly and then crashes. After 45 mins of restarting the app I only printed one photo and it was poorly cropped basically unusable. This $277 printer was a gift for my fiancé and we are very disappointed.

L'applicazione non carica le foto come sono salvate in galleria (tipo con correzzioni ai colori o modifiche) ma bensi le carica come appena scattate. l'apllicazione non permette molte modifiche alle foto e pertanto le stampe non rendono alla perfezione. Dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento se si regola la posizione dell'immagine nel riquadro stampa, dopo il lancio stampa, l'immagine risulta su carta come in origine appena caricata, quindi non rimane in posizione dove era stata messa nel riquadro. E soprattuto la cosa piu scomoda è il non poter usare un pc per stampare e bisogna passare tutte le foto trattate con lightroom o altri prog sul cellulare o tablet.
Spero in una correzione futura di questi problemi

Phone is plugged in & charging, but no printer detected? What a joke. Even when you do manage to connect the photos come out messed up or don’t even finish printing at all. Just get stuck in red or yellow phase. Don’t waste your time and money

카트리지 문제인줄 알고 새로 샀는데
갈아도 안 되고 뭐가 문제일까 했더니
앱에 문제네요 후기들 보고 알았네요
멀쩡히 뽑히던 기계가 왜 안 되나했더니..
 핸드폰 꽂아도 인식은 안 되고 
와이파이 연결하면 프린트 되다가 그냥 끊깁니다
노랑색 입히다가 중간에서 멈춤 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
계속 그러네요 무슨 사진을 선택하든지..
코닥은 기계만 파는 곳인가요?
기기만팔면 끝나는 건가요…?

Gave to my 9-year old daughter for Christmas. She downloaded the app and pictures in less then 5 minutes. We patiently waited as the red light flashed a couple times and pressed print. Beautiful pictures!
