### 1/5 — Worst product I have ever payed for

Brought this thinking it would be good due to the brand name, had issues since day one, dropping out of connection on my phone and the monitor. Then come Christmas 2024 when the people running the company go away on holidays the app just magically stops working and sending notifications. Without a word from the company. My son could have been chocking to death and we wouldn’t have known. 3 weeks later multiple emails asking what the hell is going on and it’s still not working. Do not spend a cent on this camera or company they do not care and are full of lies.

I can barely ever connect to my camera because the wifi constantly disconnects in the app, totally defeated the point of even having one. Having to buy a new device.

Have had this for less than a year and it’s been messing about after 3 months of having it. I believe it isn’t the monitor but the app itself! I can’t see my baby on the app because it always freezes the screen, I can still hear her but no video. It comes with a remote/screen thingy and that works fine but the app is terrible. I can’t even play sounds for her through my app because there isn’t any options. 

I try installing and restalling and logging out then logging back in but no different. It’s been doing this for months!

If I could rate zero or negative star I would.
Bought in September 2022 based on advice from shop, said it was a great monitor and with it being so expensive thought it would be but a year later Kodak advised they have stopped supporting the product and refer you to Oricom. 
Constant issues - app connection issues, app login issues, parent unit connect issues to monitor.. the list goes on. 
Oricom provide support but it’s basic. “Delete app then reinstall”
Very disappointing.

The last update was a year ago. They clearly do not care about this app. It is awful in every way. It will not connect to the internet, it will not allow other devices access to the monitors, and it will not allow you to perform any sort of basic functions. The worst experience with an app I have ever had. It makes me want to get rid of the baby monitors just so I will not have to deal with this app ever again.

Started using the camera products as a baby monitor 5 years ago and happened to install the app. The handheld monitor stopped working a year after the warranty had expired. Was still able to use the app though to control. 

Bought a second one when I had a second child. That handheld is still working thank goodness. This year the servers starting having errors. Have not been able to log in since. Deleted app and reinstalled thinking that would fix it, It did not. Now I can’t even log in and pretty sure I lost some videos of my girls childhood I had saved on the app.

This app and video worked for about 1-2 years very well. It stopped working 3 months ago and radio silence. Version history shows last update 1 year ago so they must have given up. Which is frustrating because I spent about 600 bucks on cameras from what used to be a well known brand

Yeah, this was a good baby monitor, I had even bought several regular cameras because of the experience I had with the baby monitor. I looked for a long time to find a company that hosted their services on servers located in the United States and they were doing it! Alas, it was too good to be true, Kodak has turned off their servers, ceased support, and has told us to use some app called Tuya which is ran by a Chinese company. Now my cameras are useless and I can only use the baby monitor with the parent unit.  No more phone app unless I want my camera feeds going to china. Another sad time Kodak fails at something they actually had a chance at and were doing right.

Monitor and app have been wonderful until a month ago and now the cameras only work in offline mode, meaning that the app and ability to view cameras remotely no longer work. This is incredibly disappointing given the price point of the monitors and the promotion of the ability to access via the app when away from home. Not sure why the product is stop being sold in retail stores given the supports for the product have been sunsetted.
