Same issues as Jon.  The frame is basically now  a framed brick

The app worked between January 2023 and May 2024.  It has stopped responding despite reloading and resetting etc. Any attempt to log in is timed out.  Emails are not returned.  The original emails were usually found in the junk or spam folder.
