## What is KodeFit?

KodeFit is the client app for gyms and coaches on the Kode Fit platform. Sign in with the account your gym set up for you, and the app becomes your gym — its name, its colors, its programs — everything you need to train, eat, and stay accountable in one place.

TRAINING
• Follow the program your coach built for you, week by week
• Guided workout player with sets, reps, rest timers, and exercise videos
• Log every set and watch your history build

NUTRITION
• Log meals by search, barcode, photo, or just describing them
• Calorie and macro targets from your coach, tracked automatically
• Daily summaries that keep you honest

PROGRESS
• Steps, weight, body composition, and streaks on one Today screen
• Apple Health integration for steps, workouts, and body data

YOUR COACH
• Message your coach right in the app
• Your coach sees your logs and adjusts your plan — no screenshots, no spreadsheets

ONE APP, YOUR GYM
KodeFit serves members of partner gyms and independent coaches. Your account is provisioned by your gym — when you sign in, the app takes on your gym's branding and programs automatically. No account? Ask your gym or coach for an invite.

KodeFit requires an account created by a participating gym or coach.
