Koe Reader is a private, offline reading and narration app that transforms your EPUBs and PDFs into natural sounding audio directly on your device.

There is no account to create, no subscription to manage and no need to upload your books or documents to the cloud. Your library, reading progress, highlights and generated audio stay on your device.
