They show an item and use OEM model numbers only to supply some fake rip off product. When you try to return the junk there is no return option other than wait for hours and get no response from their chat bot. Multiple parts arrived faulty, which took me an entire day of manual adjustments to fix myself because customer service didn't reply for days. To make it worse, the mirror arrived with cracks in two separate places. I reached out again with photos and am still getting total radio silence. I bought two other items that were fine, but the lack of support on this damaged order is unacceptable. Kogans Help Centre is very quick & efficient if you need to reach out to them, their PR is outstanding. I had to cancel an order due to my mistake & they couldn’t do enough quick enough. Products: well it’s a one stop shop & if they don’t have it it’s not worth buying.
