Kōhi is a minimalist brew journal for specialty coffee enthusiasts who brew manually with V60 pour-over.

  Start fast with built-in V60 templates — Standard 3-pour, Gentle 2-pour, and Pulse 4-pour for both 1 and 2 servings. Create your own templates from recipes you love.

  TRACK BEAN BATCHES
  The same bean from different roast dates brews differently. Track each bag as a separate batch with its own roast date and freshness window.

  RATE & IMPROVE
  After each brew, rate it. Log extraction, body, and flavor notes. AI analyzes your history and suggests one small change to try next time — a degree hotter, a gram more — always within safe bounds.

  RECIPE VARIATIONS
