I changed a quantity of an items and it kept calculating as if the quantity had not changed. App Store tells me that an older version comparable with this iOS is available and downloads it. When I open the app it displays the message that I need to load the newer version. The app ultimately did not work. I received a notification from Apple stating that the app had tracked my location 17 times over 2 days. They had only the display size of course, so I had to download the app because it wouldn’t accept my card information even though I triple checked the information. Then it said to enter the information after it was already filled in. I still wasn’t able to order what I needed. I then walked around the store just browsing. The quality on a lot of items was low and everything was so cluttered and claustrophobic it would have been better to go to a thrift store. To add fuel to the fire, most of the store was filled with bland oatmeal colored items very little color then tried to give feedback on the website but unless you’ve purchased something, you can’t give feedback. I would have preferred to tell corporate directly, but that wasn’t an option either. Please fix this. Shopping at Kohls used to be fun. Nearly every single item in the list of clearance items was marked significantly lower than the price after clicking on the item. I found items with a $4-$5 swing in price! And some were listed as clearance but when you click on them for more info, they aren’t actually on clearance. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced strange things with the app. This kind of deceptive pricing makes me not want to shop Kohl’s, unless I’m actually IN the store. I bought shoes and selected in store pick up. I waited nearly 1.5 weeks for them to arrive. When they arrived, Kohl’s only gave a 3-day window to pick them up. Well I was on vacation and could not pick them up. There should be at least a week pick up window or an option to extend the pickup time frame. I went the day after the pickup window expired and the shoes were no longer available for pickup nor were they on the shelf.
