Purchasing is just fine but I can’t log into my account on the app with all the correct details even though I’m logged in on the website, and I can’t reset my password as it thinks my email is incorrect (it’s not). I’m missing out on a lot of discounts here which I’m sure Koi appreciates, but it makes me reluctant to buy anything on the app.
