Keep getting a message that says response is not in the expected format. I’ve deleted and reinstalled over and over and still won’t work. This is the only vending my company has please fix this

Won’t let me add leas than$20 in my account.  I dislike these apps which give you limitations.  It’s nice to see my balance but that’s it.  I can add $5 at the kiosk so it’s pointless to use this app now.  Just wanted to save time.  Will give higher rating once restrictions lifted

Horrible app. Randomly signed me out, don’t remember my pin, and now when I try to enter my email, it glitches. Can’t even enter my email.

Can’t even reload wallet on it, so I guess thanks for the free ten bucks on registration. Not available to reload, no other info given. Thanks. It’s asinine how wretched this app is when it comes to user experience. Why would you not want it to be intuitive and smooth to use when someone is trying to give you money.

this app is so flawed it’s honestly laughable the app itself REFUSES to let me add money i have tried to reinstall and update the app and still nothing has worked i have even tried using multiple cards since my first time uploading cash to my wallet it will not reload again
