## What is Koinonia?

Not only on Sunday, but every day.

Koinonia brings Bible reading, small groups, sharing and community life together in one app. It fits a church, a mission organization, a small group or any faith community.


The whole Bible, offline

The King James Version and the Korean Revised Version are built in, so the Bible opens on the subway or on a plane. Bookmarks, highlights, picking up where you left off and search all work without a connection.

Read alongside the originals. The Old Testament in Hebrew (WLC) and the New Testament in Greek (TR) sit verse by verse next to your translation.


Listen while you read

Hear a chapter read aloud while you follow along. The verse being read moves with the voice, and you can change the speed or the reader. Download the books you listen to most and they play without data.


One verse, in depth

Choose a verse and open Deep View to look at it four ways: explanation, commentary, sermon and original language. It draws on published theological works such as Spurgeon, Matthew Henry, Calvin and the Westminster Confession, and the app shows exactly which sources were used. The original-language view lays out lexicon and grammar so you can follow what a word meant right where it stands.


Your community's week, in the app

Announcements, sermons and events in one place. Events handle repeating schedules and exceptions, and a subscription link puts them straight into your phone's calendar. Connect a YouTube channel and new sermons arrive on their own.


Every group keeps its own story

Create groups and organize boards however you like. Post text, photos, videos and files, and keep the conversation going with comments and reactions. Gather opinions with anonymous or multiple-choice polls and set a closing time. Upload up to 30 photos and videos at once to group albums. Unread posts are easy to spot, and notifications can be turned off group by group.


Share the Word, and prayer

Share the verse that stayed with you. Prayer requests can be posted anonymously, and reflections can weave several passages together. Share with the whole community or with one group.


Read together

Follow a reading plan such as M'Cheyne on your own or with your community. Progress counts the chapters you actually read, and you can see how everyone else is doing.


One account, many communities

Move between a church, a mission organization and a small group with one account. Find a community by search, or join with an invite code or link.


Your account and privacy

Sign in with an email code; there is no password. You can also sign in with Apple, Google, Kakao or Naver without entering or verifying a separate email. Every post and photo can be reported and blocked, and community administrators moderate directly. You can delete your account inside the app at any time.
