Tap the upcoming count to see every pre-order lined up by the time it goes to the kitchen, with a countdown. From there you can fire an order early, hold it for 15 or 30 minutes, hold it until you release it yourself, or accept and fire in one tap. The Orders screen shows the same list with the same actions. Each display can show held work on the board as dimmed tickets for the next 2 hours, 4 hours or the whole day. Pre-orders raise the accept alarm as soon as they arrive instead of waiting until they fire, and the Orders badge counts them. Kitchen tickets for orders taken at the till now print the Ready by or Ready in line, the same as online orders. Reopening an online order at the register keeps the ready time the customer was promised. Fixed a duplicate kitchen ticket for pre-orders placed inside their own lead window. Printing Printing settings are much simpler. Kitchen and Receipt roles come with sensible defaults, there are two extra copy toggles, and each printer belongs to the tablet it was added on. One tablet per venue is the online orders tablet and prints what comes in from the cloud. Every till prints what it did itself, so two devices can no longer race to print the same ticket. The ready docket now prints for register sales when the also print when ready toggle is on. Bluetooth and USB printer pairings that went missing are restored on the next sync. Kitchen tickets and the kitchen display use the kitchen's own name for a dish where one has been set. Fixed a hang when printing long item names in Chinese, Japanese or Korean on 58mm paper. Each tablet makes far fewer background requests, so busy venues see less network chatter. Menu and ordering Half and half pizzas get their own picker, with matching pricing and clearly labelled halves on tickets. Combo components are now separate lines on tickets, so each station sees its own dish, stock moves for every component and reports can see inside the combo. Ingredients can be removed from items inside a combo, just as customers can online. Card payments A terminal payment that was approved but never marked Done is now recorded automatically instead of being left unpaid. The recovery prompt for abandoned approved payments only appears when a decision is actually needed. Kitchen display The board shows accepted orders only, with a count of orders awaiting acceptance in the header. Item groups can be edited right at the pass, and the bottom bar has been refreshed. Fixed the status stepper. Help and reliability A Help button in the navigation rail shows your venue's support contact from any screen, even while Settings is locked. Orders that lost their items on a dropped connection are repaired when they sync instead of being recorded empty. Modifier options no longer disappear on venues with very large menus. ### 1.0.56 — 2026-08-25 This update is about speed and steadiness during service.
