Hi ClokTD, I’m really sorry about this. If the simulations are still stalling even on the latest iOS, that’s definitely something we need to look into. Koko should feel smooth while you’re learning, not keep interrupting your lessons. Thank you for mentioning the iOS version too. That helps us understand the issue better. Hi Kaylee1019, I’m really sorry about this. It means a lot to hear that Koko has been helpful for speaking practice and real conversations, but it’s not okay that the app freezes before you can even finish one lesson. Having to delete and reinstall the app just to keep learning sounds really frustrating. Thank you for telling us clearly. We’ll take this seriously and work on making the lessons much more stable.
