## What is Koko?

Koko is a period tracker that feels kind rather than clinical. Log your
cycle, see what is coming, and get something that actually helps on the
days it hurts.

WHERE YOU ARE, EVERY DAY
Open the app and see your cycle day, the phase you are in, and what that
usually means for energy and symptoms. No hunting through menus.

A CALENDAR THAT MAKES SENSE
Period days, your estimated fertile window and predicted ovulation, all on
one month view. Tap any day to see or change what you logged.

RELIEF FOR EXACTLY WHAT YOU FEEL
Cramps, lower back, nausea, low energy. Each one has its own short session
of guided movement, breathing and warmth. Movement sessions can use your
camera to show you when you are actually in the shape, so you are not
guessing from a diagram.

FOOD IDEAS WITH THE EVIDENCE ATTACHED
Suggestions carry a label showing how strong the research behind them
really is. Nothing is dressed up as more certain than it is.

LOG MORE THAN THE BASICS
Flow, pain, mood, energy, symptoms, discharge, temperature, ovulation
tests, products, supplements and food. Add your own symptoms if ours do
not fit. It all feeds into your trends over time.

SOMETHING TO TAKE TO YOUR DOCTOR
Months of logs become a clear summary: cycle lengths, where the pain is,
how it feels, and how often it got in the way of normal life. Useful when
you struggle to explain it all on the spot.

SHARE ONLY WHAT YOU CHOOSE
Invite a partner, friend or family member and pick, for each person,
exactly what they can see. Your phase, your predicted dates, your
symptoms, or nothing at all. Change it or remove them whenever you like.
Nothing is shared unless you switch it on.

GENTLE REMINDERS
A nudge when your period is expected, when your fertile window opens, or
just to log the day.

YOUR PRIVACY
Camera sessions run entirely on your device. Nothing from them is
recorded, saved or sent anywhere.

Koko gives you estimates based on what you log. It is not medical advice,
not a diagnosis, and not a reliable form of birth control.
