## What is KoKoFlash?

KoKoFlash（ここフラッシュ）は、声でのコミュニケーションが難しい状況や、周囲へ素早く意思を伝えたい場面のために開発された視覚的シグナルアプリです。

体調不良、パニック、不安、聴覚・発話に関する困難、人混みや騒音の中など、「声では伝えにくい」「説明する余裕がない」と感じる場面は少なくありません。KoKoFlashは、そのような状況で画面表示や光によって周囲へ情報を伝えることを目的としています。

アプリには高輝度の点滅スクリーンを搭載しており、遠くからでも気付きやすい表示を行えます。


点滅速度を設定画面から変更でき、強い点滅が苦手な方や光過敏に配慮が必要な方のために、ゆっくりとした点滅モードも用意しています。設定はトグル操作を中心に構成し、必要な機能を迷わず切り替えられるよう工夫しました。

また、事前に伝えたい内容を登録しておける定型メッセージ機能を搭載しています。

例えば、

・体調が悪いです
・救急車を呼んでください
・家族へ連絡してください
・耳が聞こえません
・筆談をお願いします

など、あらかじめ準備しておくことで、緊急時にも落ち着いて表示できます。

ユーザー自身が自由に内容を作成できるカスタムメッセージ機能を利用できます。

例えば、

・人工関節です
・発作がおさまるまで待ってください
・薬を服用しています
・この番号へ連絡してください

など、一人ひとり異なる事情や支援してほしい内容を事前に登録できます。

緊急時には説明する余裕がなくなることもあります。事前に自分の状況やお願いしたい内容を登録しておくことで、安心して利用できます。

また、緊急連絡先表示機能も搭載しています。ユーザーは任意の電話番号を登録でき、画面上へ大きく表示できます。支援が必要な際に周囲の方が連絡先を確認し、家族や支援者へ迅速に連絡することができます。

日本国内での利用を想定し、110番（警察）や119番（消防・救急）をプリセット。ただし、実際の通報は利用者または周囲の方が行う必要があります。

ビーコンモードでは、iPhone背面のLEDフラッシュライトを使用し、国際的に広く認知されているSOS救難信号（・・・ーーー・・・）をモールス信号の点滅で繰り返し送信します。

声が出せない状況や、より強く周囲へ存在を知らせたい場合の補助機能として利用できます。

また、本アプリでは迅速な起動を重視しています。

アプリ内には、iPhoneのロック画面から素早く起動するための設定チュートリアルを搭載しました。画像付きで手順を案内しており、スワイプやボタン操作に不慣れな方でも設定しやすくなっています。

KoKoFlashは、日常の安心と緊急時の意思表示を支援するためのシンプルなツールです。
