写真を追加しようとするとアプリが落ちます

**Developer response:** この度は、写真の追加時にアプリが終了してしまう不具合により、ご迷惑をおかけし誠に申し訳ございませんでした。

調査の結果、写真データの変換処理に問題があることが分かり、最新バージョン 1.16.5 で修正いたしました。
