No support *2022-03-27, version 1.3* I’m attending an event that is using this app for Covid test verification. The app isn’t reviewing the uploaded information and there is no user support. There’s no customer service line and they don’t respond to emails in a timely manner. The user experience is absolutely terrible and makes no sense whatsoever. Sad that this product is a requirement in order to register for classes as community college. Please for the love of students everywhere, hire a real UX designer and completely overhaul this piece of junk app. It’s completely useless and making college registration more difficult than it needs to be. ### 1/5 — Kokomo24/7 dud *2021-12-14, version 1.2* Download then open try to log in and get directed to download Expo Go…. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2021-07-20, version 1.2* I don’t like it ### 1/5 — Important App Terrible UI *2021-06-04, version 1.2* This was not tested by real people before release. Terrible and confusing user interface. Seems rushed into release. The only thing that makes sense is the password entry. After that bedlam. No explanation of icons. You have to guess at what button does what. For example: the entry for your vaccine defaults to today’s date (in a very tiny font that is not the same as the rest of the entry data) with no instruction or indication that you are to enter the date of the vaccination. The issue is that is the date which will be used to verify your approval. If the dates don’t match-no approval. And that’s just one of the design faux pas. After over 20 years of UI app design examples, books, courses, and consultants available these developers decided to ignore them all. ### 2/5 — Design flaw but serves purpose *2021-02-02, version 1.2* This App does not alert users if a question was not completed before finalizing submission nor does it prompt users to review answers if a “yes” is checked (perhaps mistakenly). In both cases, a user then fails the questionnaire. It also fails user if submit is mistakenly hit before a single question is answered and there is no way to revise responses. Otherwise, the app’s questions are clear and it serves purpose. ### 3/5 — Good App, but needs more features *2020-10-09, version 1.0* I like the design of the app. It’s easy to use and works 99% of the time. Active directory integration makes management and support relatively easy. However, I would like to make a feature request: reminders. At my organization, we are having an issue with users forgetting to fill out the survey before they enter a campus. I think having time based or location based reminders would help mitigate this problem.
