** How to use Kokosil **
1. Check the latest information
- Check out the latest information such as news, events, store information, reviews, etc. Let's go to places where you are interested
- Distribution information of the city, such as the information of the chefs of the city covered by Kokosil and the screening time of the movie are also being delivered

2. Check information on shops and facilities you care about
- Kokosil is full of local shops and facilities information. Search by keywords and categories, and find your favorite store / facility

3. Enjoy town walking

5. Heath app integration.  On certain local content (Kakogawa as of May 2020), Kokosil app participates in "Fitness challenge" project, in which the app integrates with Health app to track user's daily walking steps. 引き継ぎコードを入力しても、引き継ぎコードが違うと表示される。 ポイントが全部消えた。 
問い合わせしても数ヶ月放置されるのを繰り返し、結局新規登録でやり直したが、事務局から連絡のあった引き継ぎコードをコピペしても、また引き継ぎできない。

コピペしてエラーになるということは、私が最初に入力した引き継ぎコードも、本当は正しいのにアプリ側の原因で弾かれたってことですよね？ポイント返してほしい。

エラーになる場合キャッシュを消去、それでもダメならアプリの再インストールと説明が送られてきたが、それでもエラー。
本当にダメアプリ。自治体で採用するのやめてほしい。

恐ろしく使いづらいアプリ。
岐阜県でのキャンペーンは2回目のはずで、前回終了時にアンケートでアプリの改善を提案したが全く改善されない。

トピックスや利用方法、利用可能店舗などの情報がゴチャゴチャとトップページに表示され、肝心なQRコード読み込みボタンやクーポン使用ボタンが非常にわかりづらい。
おまけにトップメニュー欄にあるQRコードボタンは偽物で、それを使って読み込んでもエラーとなる。正解は別の場所にあるQRコード読み取りボタン…
なんで2個も読み込みボタンがあるの？

今日もご年配のお客様と5分近く試行錯誤しながら何とかクーポン使用ボタンまでたどり着いたが、ボタンを押しても反応しない…

店舗はお客様を待たせないようスムーズに精算業務をこなす必要があります。
お客様が使い方わからなくても店員が、そこのボタン押してQRコードにカメラ近づけてくださーい。といえばわかるくらいの操作性にしてもらわないととても使えたものじゃありませんよ。

キャンペーンの期間はすでに決まっているので期間中は使いますが、アプリの大幅な改善がない限り次回キャンペーンがあったとしても参加することはないでしょう。
