You now must top up the balance with real money to buy any packs. Zudem ist der Umtauschkurs $ zu € auf 1:1,5 festgelegt, das macht alles sinnlos teurer. Ja und zurücktauschen geht auch nicht. I can’t manage my roster, can’t level up my cards. I have an Iphone X, isn’t there support for this gen anymore? It comes up with “verify you phone to unlock features”. Seems legit right… well. I enter my number and get the text so me bring me enters the number. It then decides to say “this phome number is not verified”. Is that not the reason why I am verifying it. But only one, the biggest bug it that I can play PVE. Have for 2k usd worth of booster pack to be able to play the game they promised us for over 5 year and we still cannot see the game neither the video promised and spécial card play.Bas ils a compagne that see you physical booster card and virtual but the promised app never been finished or patch. Update youre app fix youre stuff you cannot sell stuff and not give us the product you good us we would have. From a dedicated cs1.4-1.6-css-csgo-cs2 fan for over 19 year. I have no idea what any of the buttons do, or why they do it. There is a roster system and pvp system with no instruction on how to start or work it… half the time I open a new page and it’s just a black screen with a title. Everything was good at the beginning but then it has just be issue after issue. First, I ordered physical cards. One of my boxes didn’t arrive and had to be reshipped (pain to deal with customer service). I bought probably over $200 worth of their digital products and some releases were fine but a recent one had a bug where people were able to get 2 packs for the cost of one. Everyone that bought a “bonus” bundle technically paid more per pack and they wouldn’t do anything for these customers. “It was a bug and we fixed it” Well, that’s great! It’s not stop bugs with them. I’m surprised so many people stick with them. I’m done.
