KOLL keeps family life together. Things, to-dos, reminders and notes for the whole household, on your iPhone and Mac, shared with the people you live with. THINGS Keep track of what you own: tools, gear, gadgets, documents. Give each thing a category and a place, add a photo, note the warranty or receipt, and mark what you have lent out or borrowed. When someone asks "where is the ladder?", KOLL knows. TO-DOS AND REMINDERS Household tasks with due dates, assigned to a family member. Overdue, today and upcoming at a glance on the Today screen. Reminders arrive as notifications. TODAY One screen with what matters now: overdue and due today, what is lent out or borrowed, and what was recently added. SYNC AND FAMILY SHARING Your data lives in your own private iCloud database and syncs between your iPhone and Mac. Invite family members with iCloud sharing so everyone works in the same KOLL. Works offline and syncs when you are back online. BUILT FOR APPLE PLATFORMS • Siri and Shortcuts: "Add to KOLL" and "Find a Thing" • Spotlight: find your things from the Home Screen • Three themes: Classic, Forest and Midnight • Full VoiceOver and Dynamic Type support • Native apps for iOS 18 and macOS 15 KOLL PRO KOLL is free with a limited number of things and the Classic theme. KOLL Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited things and all themes, and it is Family Sharing enabled so one purchase covers the whole family. PRIVACY No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking. Your data stays on your devices and in your own iCloud. ## Pricing and in-app purchases Base price: Free. **One-time purchases** | Purchase | Price | Type | | --- | --- | --- | | KOLL Pro | $4.99 | one-time | ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 1.2.1 — 2026-09-28 Filled KOLL before inviting the family? Bring it all along. • Move to another family: move one thing or todo from its menu, or everything in a list at once with "Move All to". Categories, places and people come along. • Gallery: switch the inventory to a grid of photos to tell similar things apart at a glance — which one is the MD player and which the CD player. • "Invite People" now reliably opens sharing, and shows why if Apple's sharing screen cannot save. • Restore Purchases tells you what it found. • German, Norwegian and Swedish translations for sharing, spaces and calendar import. • Smaller fixes for large text sizes and the Midnight theme. ### 1.2 — 2026-09-26 See whose space you're in, and turn calendar events into todos. • A small family badge now appears at the top of every screen when a shared family is active, so you always know whether what you add is personal or shared with the family. • Import from Calendar: on the Todo screen, bring in upcoming events from the calendars on your device — iCloud, Outlook/Exchange or Google — as todos. Pick the calendars and the period; events already in KOLL are skipped. • Fixed a crash when deleting an item or todo from its detail view. ### 1.1.1 — 2026-09-25 Family invitations now open reliably, even when KOLL isn't running when you tap the link. ### 1.1 — 2026-09-24 Share KOLL with your family. • Create a shared family and invite people through Messages, Mail or a link. Everyone in it sees and edits the same tasks and things, on iPhone and Mac. • Your own tasks and things stay in your Personal space. Switch between Personal and any shared family on the Family screen. • Owners can invite more people, remove someone, stop sharing or delete the family. Members can leave at any time. • Everything you already have carries over unchanged. ### 1.0 — 2026-09-23 No release notes. ## More apps by INNOMEGA AB Sweden - [Diario di Luce](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/diario-di-luce/id6787274562) - [Forma di Luce](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/forma-di-luce/id6787450563) - [Schema di Luce](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/schema-di-luce/id6788177167) - [Stampa di Luce](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/stampa-di-luce/id6806211089) - [Trafikkoll – Trafikjuridik](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/trafikkoll-trafikjuridik/id6809175019) All apps by INNOMEGA AB Sweden: https://appshunter.io/developer/1255123102 --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
