Shipping is pretty quick even to Australia, usually 7-9 days in my experience, even with huge orders (15+ items). Really pleased with the site, and the great customer service. One thing I can always say is that Kollyy has really reliable customers with accurate reviews under most items, it's my favourite thing ever!! I was having a problem with the returned articles that weren’t fitting me, I had to pay 3€ to ship them from Germany to China, and It took also a while, so that Klarna wasn’t going to give me money back. But as soon as I emailed the customer care, they answered very quickly and the problem was solved in 12h!!
