KOLOBIKE is non-stop rental service for bicycles and electric scooters in Belarus and Georgia.

Rent a bicycle, scooter or electric bike using your mobile phone and move freely and comfortably from just 0.04 rubles / 1 min + 50 kopecks start (bike rental cost)!

Using the service is very simple.
1. Download the KOLOBIKE mobile app for free.
2. Go through a simple registration and attach a bank card.
3. Choose the transport closest to you, book it or immediately start renting and enjoy the convenience and freedom of movement!
4. Park the vehicle so that it does not interfere with pedestrians and other road users, end the trip and take a photo of the vehicle in the parking lot.

You cannot be serious why have a option to type in a usa phone number and then it just says “authentication not working try turning off vpn”
Come on guys this is ridiculous I’m just trying to ride a bike in Belarus

My account was charged for 1 hr 5 min use of a scooter.On the time of the ride I was out of town during the ride and my phone was with me. I informed the customer service about the incident and asked them to investigate. Their response was that there was nothing to investigate and that it was me who rode the vehicle since the ride was on ny account.

С моего счёта списали деньги за 1 час и 5 минут использования самоката.  Во время, которое было указано, как время использования самоката меня не было в городе, и мой телефон был при мне. Я сообщил об инциденте в клиентскую службу и попросил разобраться. Они ответили, что не в чем разбираться - раз поездка записана на моём счёте, значит на самокате катался я.

Снёс приложение и сообщил в свой банк о мошеннической активности.

App как и сервис убогий. Куча транспорта на карте но он вечно то на обслуживании то на ещё в какой беде. Зачем отображать на карте не рабочий транспорт или транспорт который забронировали?
Сами самокаты убитые в хлам. Велосипеды это отдельный вид пыток учитывая их вес. В самокатах грипсов нет. Собаки видимо поели. Тяги нет, едет как невротик с постоянными рывками. Гремит как ведро с гвоздями. Мой совет, берите JET.

Хотелось бы и на велосипеде прокатиться, и приложение оценить, но не могу даже закончить загрузку приложения на телефон - смс с кодом доступа после нескольких попыток так и не получила (номер телефона не белорусский)

Регуляторные проблемы с приложением, то стартует и тут же останавливает поездку, при этом исправно списывает деньги. То не возможно начать поездку, ошибки не информативные, не обьясняют что делать. Служба поддержки никак не реагирует

Сервис оставляет желать лучшего... Идею с запада слизать умудрились, но воплотить не по колхозному пути не удалось. Если в том году можно было простить мелкие огрехи, то в этом, возомнив себя монополистами и подняв цены, никто даже и не подумал об их устранении и улучшении шеринга. Жаль нельзя поставить реальную оценку в 0 звёзд.
