I did a transaction to my OPay and it didn’t go through then they said it was reversed in the Kolomoni app for the past 5 days I’ve been laying complaint they didn’t reverse the money what kind of stupid bank is this

This app is a scam i sent money to my kolomoni account and the money reflected at my recent statement transaction but didn’t show on my balance the money vanished from my account balance. And there customer service is very porous It a terrible banking app please don’t download it. run for your life your money will vanish.
