## What is KoMail?

KoMail is the business e-mail app for companies that use KOREOS mail. It is the same screen and the same features as the webmail you already use in the browser, now on your phone.

■ What you can do
• Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Spam, Trash and the folders you create
• Primary, Promotions, Social and Updates tabs
• Grouped conversations, read/unread, stars, archive and bulk actions
• View and download attachments (PDF, images and Office files)
• Compose with recipient suggestions, auto-saved drafts and scheduled send
• Server-side search (sender, subject and body)
• Your signature, the same one configured in KOREOS
• AI to summarise, translate and draft replies — the same AI as KOREOS
• Contacts and calendar
• An alert when new mail arrives
• Portuguese, Japanese, English and Filipino

■ About access
You sign in with your company e-mail and mailbox password, or with your KOREOS account. Accounts are created by your company administrator.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2.0 — 2026-10-02

Notifications: plan (expiry and payment), plan-limit and system notices, with a new Notifications screen to choose what you receive. Signing in with your KOREOS account and recovering your password are now simpler.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-10-01

KoMail for business customer area: shows each mailbox's current plan, usage and DNS. Sign in with KOREOS: fixed the return from the browser to the app — you go straight into the app. The sign-in screen says which password to use: in the fields, your MAILBOX password; on “Sign in with KOREOS”, your KOREOS e-mail and password. If something fails on the way back, the app shows a message.
