Try to pay and download some book to listen. But not working. Didn’t load the pages.

I purchased two novels Warsha 14 & 15 each Rs.290. Chapter #36 from both novels cannot be played. This is so disappointing. I've been waiting for these novels for so long. Also please upload all parts (part 1, part 2) when uploading a particular novel. I paid & downloaded “Heena hathak & Dedunu” & then reaized both books have part 2 as well.
