### 1/5 — Addictive ripoff: crashes & takes your $

I love the premise of the game and find it challenging, but there are some annoying bugs. First, I paid to get rid of ads. That worked. Then I bought an extra pack upgrade. The ads came back. I had to quit the program and come back in for it to remember I'd paid to avoid ads. 

Then I got to the History pack, but can't get past game #15: I get a runtime error and the app quits. 

When you click on "Report a problem" in the app, nothing happens. Thanks for nothing.

I paid for several packs and they quit working halfway through the set; said there was a runtime error.  I bought hints and they didn't show up, so I assumed it was another glitch and I tried purchasing twice more. The 3rd time I got the hints, and then two days later got a receipt for all 3 purchases.  
When I went to the main menu and hit the "report a problem" option, nothing happens.  I tried to report on two separate days, and got nowhere.

I like this game, so I purchased the "Science" pack for $0.99. The message "Get more packs" is stuck over the place I can select my purchased pack. I cannot play it, only purchase more packs... but will they work either? So I'm out a dollar (more with tax). And no way to remove ads? Bad...

### 2/5 — Great puzzler, stingy with packs and ads

New update brings even MORE ads. 

This is a very good word puzzler. It strikes a fine balance between being too easy and actually making you think sometimes. 

The bad part is that removing ads is a separate purchase, so even if you have supported the app with multiple pack purchases (which, themselves, are a bit overpriced for the number of puzzles you get) you will still see ads in the game. IMHO any purchase should remove ads.

A fun game that actually challenges you! It has a pleasing design and color scheme and even the music is nice to listen to. Play it almost every day!

This is a really fun and challenging word game.  I look forward to playing this on a daily basis.  Can't wait for more puzzles
