I just don’t understand. No customer service available for issues and if you do not use Whatsapp forget about it just get up and go get food yourself and save yourself the headache. **Developer response:** Hi, we understand the frustration, in the vast majority of cases, it is your bank that blocks the payment for fraud prevention. Please contact your bank to indicate that you are in the Dominican Republic and that you are trying to order from Komida. They will unblock the use of your card and you will be able to order without error. See you soon on Komida! ### 1/5 — Typical Dominican app *2024-06-18* Support is not helpful. Half the orders have missing items . They do nothing to make it right but ignore you. However the lack of the possibility to rate the service Of Komida’s partners is a serious oversight. Today we received our order from Supermercado Yorianny. Aside from quality of products, we were not handed a receipt and we ordered 12 beers and got 11. This is NOT the first time. I think it behooves the app developers to add a rating feature of any particular partner. Be it only to improve overall service or simply to vent and not feel swindled. ### 3/5 — NYC *2026-06-16* I’m feeling the app. Switched to cash after they needed a photo. I’m using Chase, Citi and/or AMEX. I gave the interface a 5 but the service a 3 because of that send me a photo of your face and name?! You gotta be kidding me right. All legal docs have some scan, QR or barcode. It was the business that lost as I would’ve ordered daily doing what tourists that rent villas do.
