I am constantly having to delete and redownload this app for it to not be glitchy. It freezes all the time and prevents me from replying to customers in a reasonable time frame. I am shackled to my desktop because the mobile app is so unreliable. I have up to date software, good internet connection and my phone itself always has the most up to date software. Please fix this.

Overall this version is much better than the original. I really like the effort they put into updating their app. The only thing that I don’t like is sometimes I go to respond to a chat and the app closes or crashes. I’m sure you guys will get it fixed.

We love the app and tools by kommunicate but the app still lacks simple things like re-assigning and closing conversations!

Still a great start and will be waiting for next update!

I have a blog site. I integrated Kommunicate no-code chatbot without any knowledge of coding. It is super easy. This agent app allows me to answer any query while I am away from my computer. The UI is minimal which makes it more easy to use.
