This app beautifully helps healthcare workers process all of the post-shift emotions, from the heavy and burdensome to the inspiring and life-giving feelings that patient care can invoke. Having this app is a great tool that I use to reflect on the daily sorrows that healthcare brings, the big successes, and everything in between. With several mental health resources at my fingertips through this app, I believe that this is an incredible resource to help prevent burnout in health care workers!
