제가 언니가 있어서 제 코나카드를 언니 계정에 등록했었는데, 제가 등록을 하려고 하니까 이미 등록되어 있다고 되지 않습니다.
그래서 언니보고 등록된 카드 지우라 했더니 지워지지도 않습니다.
이 부분 개선해 주셨으면 좋겠고 정말 잘 쓰고 있어서 항상 응원합니다!!

대학교 때 호갱당해서 만든 카드..탈퇴하려고 수차례 노력했으나 홈페이지, 앱 어디서도 탈퇴를 희망하는 사용자에 대한 배려따위는 없음..쉽게 못하게하려고 일부러 그러는건지… 폐기하려고 하면 사용안한지 7년이 넘은 20원 남은 카드를 뭔 재발급하고 하라고 뜨질않나…정말 그지같음 다신 안씁니다 쓰지도 않았지만..힘내쇼

자동충전 금액 낮췄으면. 
트래블제로카드 환불 횟수 늘려주시는 것도..

결제 내역이 푸시 알림으로 오질 않아요.
금액이 맞게 결제 됐는지 확인 하거나 부정사용 발생 시 즉각적인 대응을 위해서는 푸시 알림이 필수이고, 보통 금융앱들은 기본적으로 사용내역에 대해 바로 알림이 오는데, 유독 이앱만 앱에 들어가서 알림 버튼을 누르고 확인해야 합니다.
이 부분이 빨리 개선 됐으면 좋겠습니다.

회사에서 복지카드로 준다는데 업무처리상 회사메일로 가입되어야하나봐요. 근데 메일변경은 불가해서 탈퇴 후 재가입하랫더니 7일후에 가입이 된다네요. 아무런 경고창도 없었는데. 쨋건 그래서 7일을 기다려서 재가입하려고보니 제가 또 실수해서 개인메일을 넣었어요. 그래서 또 탈퇴했더니 이젠 아예 가입이 안됩니다. 고객센터에 전화해서 풀어달라고 했더니 고객센터에서도 코나카드쪽에 요청한거같은데 3일째 안풀어줘요. 기획자들 뭐해요? 일 안해요? 이거 푸는데 3초도 안걸리는거 알아요. 번호당 계정을 1개만 만드는것도 이상하고 이메일 변경안되는것도 이상하고 일처리 느린건 제일 최악이에요.

코나카드 혜택이 있다하여 다운받았는데, 코나샵, 코나몰 등 연계되는 것은 좋으나 코나샵과 코나몰의 차이가 소비자 입장에서 명확하지 않습니다. 코나카드 앱 메인에서 다소 정신산만한 느낌을 받았습니다. 코나카드 만들면 이런 혜택이, 이걸로 코나샵 이용해보라든지 좀 유도하는 명확한 ui가 개발되었으면 합니다. 일반 소비자 입장에서 깔끔한 ui로 이용경험을 개선하고 혜택 여부를 명확히 인식시키는게 중요할 것 같습니다.

다른 편의점은 다가본건 아니지만
이마트24 편의점에서는 안되더라구요 
그래도 충전하고 간편결제 하는건
