I thought this may have been a one off but this has happened multiple times now. Not reliable at all. Greedy idiots in charge of this company ### 1/5 — This app is not working right and nobody cares *2023-10-16, version 51.1* I used this app the first few times I used park and ride purchasing a ticket while I waited for the bus then used it on boarding NOT ANY MORE! You can no longer buy single tickets and the bundles of tickets are more expensive then buying single tickets on the bus 10 tickets for £30 that’s £3 each it’s only £2 on the bus and your partner rides for £1 ### 1/5 — Fails on every level *2023-03-05, version 40.0.5* Bought a ticket online, loaded the app, saw the ticket Q code - so far so good. The app says while it is open, it turns off Apple Pay / wallet so you’re not double charged when scanning on the bus. That’s not true - I had to actually delete my payment card from Wallet to stop it getting charged. The Q card also failed to be recognised on both bus journeys. Utter garbage and potentially costs you double ### 1/5 — no offline use *2021-06-20, version 34.1.4321* cant activate a ticket without an internet connection ### 2/5 — Horrible *2025-12-18, version 106* I’ve been using Konectbus for just over a year now and these buses are horrible. They’re old nearly always broken or flooded when it rains. When events happen they are always late (last year I waited 4 hours for the bus). Bus drivers are rude apart from 1 or 2 nice ones and the prices are just too much, the amount of money I spend on a day can get me fish and chips but instead I’m spending it on a uncomfortable bus ride being overcharged and on a rainy day flooded.
