I should be able to get the bus I want not the bus you can be bothered to provide, it’s the 21 century, sort yourselves out. ### 1/5 — In decline *2025-07-31, version 94* Most of the busses do not show up on the live map …. I can’t remember the last time I saw an 88 on the app timetables and timekeeping is at an all time low ### 1/5 — Ms *2025-02-02, version 83* The buses are always late, the app is confusing to navigate. The live times aren’t accurate. And half the time the buses don’t show up at all, even when the app says they will. ### 1/5 — awful bus company *2024-07-25, version 69* The lack of communication between the bus drivers and the customer service team is abysmal. The buses either don't show up, and then are cancelled around 30 minutes after they're meant to show up, or they simply don't show up - without any warning. H&C is such an unreliable bus company, and they need to do so much better than they currently are. The amount of times I've run late, or missed something important because H&C cancel a bus and don't state it is ridiculous. Given the appalling unreliability of the buses themselves this application is simply a nuisance. The times the 'planner' gives are wrong and when you find a pdf timetable the buses don't run. This is a deliberate attempt by the operators to end the service. ### 1/5 — Joke of an app *2021-06-15, version 34.1.4321* Absolute bottle job of an app. The old app was great but now have removed the ability to buy monthly and weekly tickets on my route for some reason. The cancellations haven’t been so great mind you!! Still I’m not complaining as I still get home in one piece and to my destination in one piece!! The drivers are lovely some are grumpy buggers but then when they get flack from customers of things out of their control it’s enough to make anyone grumpy!! Love the design of the App! Similar to east Yorkshire’s design which I really like, seems as though things are looking up for hedingham and chambers! The feature of being able to see the bus on the map and tell from that how busy it is is a great addition. I also love the layout of the journey planner and the fact you can easily see route delays and things that will affect the journey from the app. Big W for them here.
