Doesn’t work in iPhones just gives a blank screen. Forced to use this app but it doesn’t even work

### 1/5 — Not user friendly platform for iPhone

Tried and tried and tried multiple times to get past the user name Hilton lobby screen with no success. This platform is not integrated with iPhone as mentioned previously by other comments.  Lame.

Since this response is delayed, it may not help you any longer, but perhaps it can be helpful to other users in the future. The issue you were having is actually a credential issue, not an app issue. App won’t open on iPhone 7 after updating to iOS 12.2. App crashes every time I try and open it.

Upon trying to download for work, 2 of our management team can not get past the Lobby login, the password screen remains white and will not load. The one who could has an Android; leading us to believe it’s an issue with iPhone.

This iOS application issue has since been addressed and iOS users will no longer experience an issue when logging into our application.

Konexus is a great tool for improving an organization’s mass communication capabilities in a crisis. I’ve used the app myself and know many who use the system and app as well and love it. Plus their support team is responsive if things don’t go as expected.
