I loved both the app and the actual things I got out of it. The boxes were amazing and me and my dog will be missing them. Customer service A+, quality of toys and treats A+, vet help A+. Never tried their lifestyle coach thing. So yes, I give 4 stars as they will no longer be doing the monthly box. When hitting the get started button. It takes me to the log in and won’t go anywhere from there. The website is the same way. Trying to give them money for the product and service they’re provide but can’t log in if I don’t have a account. So I can’t sign up without a log in. My dogs get so excited every time their box is delivered. They literally do circles in the kitchen until I open it. Not only do you get the toys but you also have access to chatting with a veterinarian. This was an added feature that I found super helpful when my baby girl started coughing late at night.
