I repeat, avoid Konga if you love your money and peace of mind. They’re the biggest fraud ever. Best they’ll do, they’ll deliver you a fake/faulty or a totally wrong item, and even if you request for a return since you already paid for it (especially if it’s a costly item) it would take them over 4 Months and still won’t accept to retrieve that item(s) from you, you’ll call a million times a day, and keep getting the same response, “they’ll get back to you soon”. They’ll once in a blue moon send you a mail to know if you still want the item returned, but immediately you answer them yes, then you won’t hear from them again. Then after several months of no real response/contact from them, you’ll be left with no other option but be forced to using the wrong/fake items they delivered. I’m sharing this from my own experience. I was warned, but didn’t listen. Konga is a scam. Avoid them.
