I’m trying to access my fathers medical records from outside India and I cannot do it. This cannot be a security issue since you handle that by otp. It will null for all records, summary. My mother can see from her phone in Tamil Nadu on Android but I cannot see the same on iPhone. I have been in IT for years so no I’m not doing anything dumb. Why can you not make this available for everyone?
