With the Konings coaching app you can:

 Track your daily fitness activities
 Enter your food easily
 Clear macronutrient overview
 Easily track your weight and other stats
 Watch workout videos (there are over 2000 exercises in them!)
 Use many extra workouts
 Add your own activities
 Book appointments yourself
 Earn over 150 achievements

With this app, you will always feel supported by your coach who will guide you every step of the way towards a healthier lifestyle.

You can sync this app with Apple Health App. If you enable this connection, any workout in the Health app with automatically be added to your Activity Calendar.
