## What is Konjac?

Konjac is an on-device AI speech toolkit: live transcription, natural text-to-speech, two-way conversation interpreting, pronunciation practice, and translation — with the core models running on your iPhone and iPad.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
The built-in speech and translation models run locally on Apple Silicon, so the core features work offline and your audio stays on your device. No account required. No ads. No tracking.

OPTIONAL CLOUD PROVIDERS
Prefer a specific engine? You can optionally connect your own provider — such as Gemini, OpenAI, Azure, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, or Google Cloud — using your own API key for extra languages and voices. Cloud features are off by default; when you enable one, data is sent only to the provider you choose.
