Then transfer some ammount from HBL to Konnect. Its shows the transferring amount exactly but while using konnect service prompting a message that your balance is zero. After entering my credentials and tapping “Proceed,” it forces the 48 MP main (24 mm) camera to scan my fingerprint. The main camera lens has a longer focal length and a minimum focus distance of around 10-14 cm. Your app requires significantly close shots for the biometric verification, which comes blurry, and the system failed to validate my account. On my iPhone 13 Pro Max (and earlier models), biometric login works flawlessly. Those devices’ main lenses have shorter focal lengths and shorter minimum focus distances, so it can capture clear close-up images of my fingerprint without issue. I would suggest using the ultra-wide sensor on the 16 Pro Max, that has a 13 mm focal length, which can focus just a couple of centimeters away, thus making it perfect for fingerprint scans. The app needs to detect newer Pro models and switch to that lens, or at least offer us a manual camera toggle in the scan screen. Without this fix, biometric login remains unusable on the 16 Pro Max (and likely on the 15 Pro series). Please update the camera-selection logic or add an option to use the ultra-wide sensor so the users can log in to their accounts. ### 1/5 — Logout glitch on payment *2024-05-09* When i click pay to transfer money it log me out of app. Such a stupid glitch 💀.
