Can’t get either device to connect even using IP address.  Was working until last up date.  I have tried everything including reinstalling the app.

Sometimes it can’t find my boards, sometimes when I am instructed by support to reset my boards because they are stuck, I can’t add them back to the app. No feedback when you’re adding the boards to your WiFi, so you don’t know if it worked or not. I’ve been working with support for over a week trying to get two boards working properly. This app and the underlying services needs much more work to be reliable.

I’ve tried re-loading this app every time they put out an update, but yet it still cannot find either of my two connected devices. I find this app to be very frustrating because there’s no reason my devices cannot be discovered. I can scan my network with no issues and discover my devices.

One would think the developers would give us users who are having discovery issues the option to point the app to our devices via an IP address, but NOPE!

The newest update, I cannot see my devices like I did before. In fact, scanning for devices or by suppling their IP, NOTHING!  

Did anyone ever test this app. Fortunately my devices installed and are configured already. If I was starting from scratch I would return this useless product.

There is no point to this app and there should be no need to use Konnected Cloud for an alarm system. In this day and age, crooks are going to do two things right out of the gate before breaking into your house if they aren’t just doing a druggie smash and grab... cut the phone and Internet, and jam the wifi.

Not to mention the User Experience was poor:
- missing basic setup screens
- when no devices exist, it should default to a wizard to get you connected

What is the purpose of the app after setup if you can’t access the system away from home. Should be able to reboot remotely.

Until the recent firmware update 1.2.4, the Konnected App could not find my replacement Konnected 12 Zone Pro board. Now it can find it. That is a big improvement. Still, I use the Hubitat and the app doesn’t do much for me, but perhaps now I can do firmware updates from the app and not have to connect my laptop to it. I don’t use the Konnected Cloud, but maybe one day in the future as features drive the direction of my install.
